a new meaning to “Creature Comforts”
A 2,200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/3 bath ranch style lodge awaits only the most adventurous hunters. Our 2011 season was a huge success as we introduced more sportsman to Wild South Dakota Wing Shooting. Five generations of Bosanko hunters have experienced South Dakota’s greatest pastime on this farm. We invite you to join us as we have done everything we can think of to make it more than accommodating to even the most demanding outdoorsman. Even your dogs will have a comfortable place to stay as our indoor/outdoor dog kennel has proven to work well in the tough elements of the prairie. All in all, it has been quite an adventure since we’ve opened for business only 4 seasons ago and has already proven to be well worth it as we open our home and share more stories of hunting pheasants with avid sportsmen like yourself.

2008 was the state’s 6th busiest year (since 1919) for upland hunter licenses at 176,042.

South Dakota has a reputation for outstanding hospitality
and friendliness. You’ll wake up refreshed after a night on
our plush mattress sets in the “Sunrise”, “Sunset”,
“Mallard”, and “Whitetail” bedrooms. The Lounge has a
fully furnished bar, poker table, flat panel TV and surround sound speakers. After the hunt, catch up on sport’s scores with Direct TV. Maybe a friendly game of poker with an after dinner drink in the bar to wind down the evening. Or tell stories of the amazing shot you made earlier that day on the patio in front of the fire pit. Whatever your pace is know that Lone Tree Lodge is for you because the hunters set the pace. This is what makes it easy for us to say “Welcome Home”.
